The Hermosa Beach Resource Recovery Project will be reviewed by the City, which will conduct a full scale environmental review.  Upon completion of the City review process, the project will be placed before the City’s voters to determine whether it can move forward.  The project also will require approvals and permits from other regional and state regulatory authorities, addressing numerous air and water quality, worker safety, and environmental protection issues.
